Use reCaptcha 2 - You can choose to use or not to use reCaptcha2 on any of this type form with the click of a switch.
Spam Protection - There are various anti-spam features included; Your email is not visible on the page but is read from a secret file, The form is not submitted to the processing script but read by another script and submitted to the processing script. other anti-spam measures also in place and the option to use recaptcha2 too!
Title and Text - You can choose to show/hide the Title Text and Or the Sub-Title text and can edit the text in both, colour and format etc. just as you would normally in Mobirise.
Background & Overlays - As normal you can choose background colour or image and overlays too.
Subject Field - Optional - A drop down Subject field with up to 6 Items, can be set to be a required field. The Field Name is also customisable.
Name Field - This field must be on all forms of these types and set as required.
Email Field - This field must be on all forms of these types and set as required.
Phone and Mobile Fields - Optional and either or both can be set to required.
Address Fields - Address Line 1, Line 2, City/Town, County/State/Province, Country, Postcode/Zip are all optional and any one or more can be set to required. The Country Field is a drop down selector with all Countries in the list.
Company Field - Optional and can be set as required, The field name can be customised so can be used as a different name to Company.
Message/Comments Box - Optional and can be set as required. Field name is customisable so can be changed to say 'Details of your requirements' etc.
Custom Drop Down - Optional and can be set as required. Can also be set to allow Multiple Selections. Up to 20 items can be added to the list in the dropdown. Field Name is customisable.
Date Picker 1 - Optional and can be set as required. Display format is also customisable as is the default view, maximum view and range to allow to be picked.
Date Picker 2 - Optional and can be set as required. Display format is also customisable as is the default view, maximum view and range to allow to be picked.
Custom Field 1 - Optional and can be set as required. Field name is customisable.
Custom Field 2 - Optional and can be set as required. Field name is customisable.
Gender Radios - Optional, if shown is required to select one Radio button. Choices are Male/Female/Prefer not to say. Displayed horizontally.
Custom Radios - Optional, if shown is required to select one Radio button. Up to 6 custom valued Radios can be used and the radio Group name is customisable. These display vertically.
Site URL's - Visitors Website, Facebook Page and/or Linked In pages can be shown and entered here, each one is Optional and can be set as required or not.
File Attachments - Optional. Allows the visitor to attach files to their submission. You can set the maximum number of files they can attach and the maximum size of each one. Only files of type: jpg, png, gif, xls ,doc, text and pdf are allowed.
Terms and Privacy Acceptance - 2 Separate checkboxes both are Optional and if shown can be set to required. Text is editable as are the links in the text. The Version number of each document can be set (optional). Confirmation of acceptance will also appear in emails sent.
Required Fields - These will automatically have an asterisk added the their Field Name (*) but you can also set the required field's borders to be coloured with any colour if required.
Send Copy to Submitter - You can choose to have a copy of the form data sent to the person filling out the form too.
Send to Mutiple Email Addresses - You can enter more than one email address to submit the form data to, e.g. Sales and Support etc. (Not all hosts support multiple addresses so will depend on your host php sendmail settings).
Email Content - Emails sent will automatically only send data for the fields you included on your form. It will also include if they accepted terms and privacy (if fields are on your form), the IP address of the submitter and page that the form is on. The reply address will automatically be set to your email address (for copy to submitter) or the submitters email address (for their submission to you and other recipients you have chosen).
Redirect After Send - You can choose to redirect the submitter to another page (thankyou page etc.) after a successful send, otherwise a message will be displayed beneath the form and the submit button removed to prevent multiple submissions.
Donate Form Fields/Options
These Fields & Features are available in Donation Forms
Donation Amount - The field to enter the donation amount. Prompt will show something like "Donation Amount in $" (Currency symbol is configurable in the cog)
Currencies - You can select the PayPal Currency and your Currency Symbol to use in the system. Currencies supported at ths time are: GBP, USD, EUR, AUD, NZD, NOK, SEK, CAD, THB, SGD, CHF.
Additional Fields - Only the following fields (as shown above for Contact Forms can be used on the Donation Form); Name, Email, Phone, Mobile, Address Fields, Message Box, Custom Field's 1 & 2, Custom Dropdown, Custom Radios, Terms & Privacy all of which can be required or not.
Required Fields - Fields selected as required automatically get an asterisk (*) added to their prompt. You can also make required fields a specific coloured border if required.

There is no recaptcha on the donate form as spammers will not send you money to spam the donation form.
PayPal SandBox/Live - Easily switch from SandBox testing to live at the click of a switch.
Auto-Configured - The PayPal submission data is all automatically configured and sent to PayPal from the settings you choose.
Donation Purpose - Easily add a Donation Code and Purpose to display in PayPal and your email. Enter these via the cog.
Allowed Fields - When selecting the Donation Form button in the cog, all fields that are not allowed are removed from the cog automatically.

What you need to use the extension.
PHP ENABLED SERVER - You will need a server that has PHP installed (V5.6-V7.x), sendmail and CURL installed.
MOBIRISE - The Mobirise program V3 or V4. V4.7.7 or later is recommended. You may have to make some adjustments depending on the version or theme you are using.
TEXT EDITOR - A text editor like Notepad or Notepad++ to edit the secret file that stores your emails and Google private key.
MOBIRISE CODE EDITOR - You will need the code editor or mobirise may remove required code from the extension, you will also need it to adjust CSS if required.
GOOGLE API KEYS - If you choose to use Google reCaptcha2 on your contact forms, you will need Google public and private keys from Google set up for your domain name.
PayPal Account - If you will use the Donation Form Option you will need a verified PayPal account (Business or Premier).
